About Loopena
Loopena ("we", "us") sells digital crochet patterns in PDF format through this website. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Digital products only
All products sold on Loopena are digital downloads. Nothing physical will be shipped. After a successful payment you will see a download button on the confirmation page and receive the pattern PDF by email.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is technically made from Paddle, which also handles invoicing and applicable taxes such as VAT. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and selected local payment methods. Paddle's Buyer Terms (Paddle Buyer Terms) apply to every purchase in addition to these terms.
All prices are shown in EUR. Depending on your country, tax may be added or included at checkout.
Licence and permitted use
When you buy a pattern you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:
- Print and use the pattern for your own crocheting.
- Sell a reasonable number of handmade finished items made from the pattern, provided you credit Loopena as the pattern designer.
You may not:
- Share, resell, publish, or redistribute the pattern PDF or any part of it, in any form, free or paid.
- Translate, copy or rework the pattern and present it as your own.
- Use the pattern for mass production.
All patterns, photos, charts and accompanying tools (including pattern calculators) remain the intellectual property of Loopena.
Pattern support and tools
Some patterns include access to online tools such as stitch calculators, protected by a password provided inside the pattern PDF. This access is part of your personal licence and the password may not be shared.
Accuracy and errors
Our patterns are tested carefully, but if you find an error we will correct it and send you an updated PDF free of charge. Contact us at contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopena is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our patterns or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
