Who we are
Loopena ("we", "us") operates this digital pattern shop. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. For privacy questions contact as here.
What we collect
- Order data — your name, email address and billing country, so we can process your purchase and deliver the pattern PDF.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter — your email address, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Technical data — basic cookies required for the shopping cart and session to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we process your data
- To fulfil your order and deliver your download (performance of a contract).
- To send you the purchase confirmation and the pattern PDF by email.
- To answer support requests.
- To send the newsletter, based on your consent.
- To meet legal obligations such as accounting records.
Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the shop:
- Paddle (Merchant of Record) — processes your payment and issues your invoice. See the Paddle Privacy Policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy
- Hosting and email providers — to run the website and deliver order emails.
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep data
Order data is kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cart and session cookies expire automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us here. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date.
