Digital products
All Loopena products are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after payment. Because the full product is available to you the moment the purchase completes, all sales are generally final once the pattern has been downloaded or the PDF email has been delivered.
By completing a purchase you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to digital content in the EU.
When we do refund
We want you to be happy with every pattern, so we will issue a refund or a replacement if:
- You were charged but never received the download link or the PDF email (and we cannot redeliver it).
- The file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working copy.
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same pattern.
If something is wrong with a pattern itself, an error in the instructions, a broken chart, contact us first: we fix pattern errors and send updated PDFs free of charge.
How to request a refund
Contact us here within 14 days of purchase and include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, this usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net using the email from your receipt.
What we cannot refund
- Change of mind after the pattern has been downloaded.
- Purchases made by mistake where the download has already been accessed.
- Inability to complete a project, but do write to us, we are happy to help with pattern support.
